I’ve been busy as a bee putting squares together!
So far, there have been 1850 squares made and donated for Squares 4 Survivors! :yay:
I never thought it would be this successful!
I had my follow up interview with the news last Thursday.
A few people called afterwards to sign up to help put squares together!
I’m so excited!
The local stitch group has been a wonderful help in getting the afghans made. We have an assembly line of sorts, which makes things go along quicker!
There is a new deadline of November 20, so if you’re interested in helping, please signup!
Squares are still appreciated, as well as baby afghans, lapghans, and afghans!
In other crochet news, I hope to start crocheting for my children soon. The cooler weather has set in, and I think it’s going to STICK this time!
First on my agenda is some wool slippers. I need some, too, but I always get put on the back burner when it comes to me crocheting.
