Today, I’m happy to announce that I’ve com­pleted the first square for Project 6year! :-d
This is for my old­est daugh­ter. It’s quite Spring-y, but totally Emmy!

Isn’t it bright & cheery?!!!

I fin­ished it a lot faster than I esti­mated, so I started on the 2nd square.
This one is for my step daugh­ter, who’s date of birth is in Feb­ru­ary, so there are shades of pur­ple (Amethyst) in her square. I’m using RH Ocean and white.

Other than that, I’m work­ing on a skirted hal­ter for Emily. I am using the required mate­ri­als, but it’s a bit too big for her already.
I’m about 50% done.
I’m also mak­ing my first hat pat­tern. I’m not sure what to think of it yet, since I just started.
I’m try­ing to make notes as I cro­chet, but I keep for­get­ting! I’ll post a pic when it’s fin­ished. I promise, no mat­ter how it looks, I will post a pic!

Oh, and I’m on the look­out for a pat­tern to make this:

I real­ize, NOW, that it’s a woven head­band, but I want to cro­chet it. I think it’s very pretty. I guess I have a chal­lenge on my hands!
